• Community events and socials
• Devenger Place Newsletter
• Devenger Place website
• Pool operation and membership
• Utilities for Family Center property
• Insurance for Family Center property
• Taxes for Family Center property

DSTD Devenger Place Special Tax District consists of  representatives appointed by the County Council and manages the tax revenue according to Tax District ordinance including

• Security (law enforcement and street lights)
• Maintenance of Entryways
• Maintenance and Improvements to all Family Center property including the Family Center Building, Pool, Tennis Courts, Basketball Court, Playground, Landscaping
