Devenger Place Family Center Improvements
The Family Center property is in need of several improvements in order to keep our facilities operational.  These include replacing the Community building, repaving the parking lot, and resurfacing the basketball and tennis courts.  All Devenger Place homeowners and members are asked to contribute to the Capital Campaign to protect our property values, and maintain a safe commons area for our neighborhood.  For additional information click on one of these links:

Status Updates:
The Capital Campaign was started in April of 2009 with a goal to raise $150,000 to rebuild the current clubhouse as a first priority.  Contribution updates are posted monthly to

Improvements Updates:
Vaile Construction company has been chosen as the builder for the new building which will include a pool house with bathrooms, storage and picnic area.  The contract is signed and deposit paid. The final design is underway and should be complete by October.

Construction materials are dependent on final donations coming in by the end of September.  The current clubhouse will be demolished mid-October.  Construction will start in November to be finished by the end of the year.

In addition a new pump house will be built by volunteers in the community and a new filter system installed for the pool prior to next swim season.  This will be funded through the Family Center budget.
